Session recorded in PEAR but not synced

Jean-François Schmitz Jun 27, 2018 08:19AM PDT

I just finished a running session as usual. Normally, at the end of a session, it gets synced with Apple Health and Activity apps, as wel as with Strava. But this time, it got stuck... The sessions is available in the PEAR app on my iPhone, but no data has been synced.
How can I force the session to sync? Or is there a way to export it to GPX so I can import it in Strava?

Also, is the portal still a working feature?

Hello Jean-Francois,

Yes, the portal is still available at

When you saved your next workout, did both workouts post to Strava? Sometimes, the stuck workout will be pushed over with the following workout.

I look forward to helping you further.

Hi Brooke,

The same thing happened to me on 8/10 on a little run I did to finish the track after completing a Calibration Run. I was hoping the run would be pushed through with the next workout, but it didn’t. The workout itself on 8/11 wasn’t a run, but it did go through to Strava, and the missed one is still missing. Is there anything I can do to manually push or export the missing run to Strava? Thanks, Andrew

Hi same goes for me. I use Apple Watch only and it usually only syncs to the History page on the Pear iPhone app after the next workout. I currently have 2 work outs that are in Activity but not in History. Why don’t they sync when I try and force one? Is there a way I can do it manually?

Hi Matt,
Can you please contact us at and let us know what workouts are not appearing in your history? I'm showing your last workout at 8/8. Be sure when you stop your workout, you tap SAVE as well. Look forward to hearing from you.
