We understand that things may get in the way of a scheduled workout and we want to make it easy for you to alter your training plan accordingly.
Follow these simple steps to change workouts within the app:
Go into the “Workouts” section of your App. In the top section under "Today's Workout" you will see a Calendar icon in the bottom right portion of this section. If you have a plan scheduled and you click on the Calendar icon, you can view your entire training plan.
Viewing the entire training plan will allow you to click on the workout you want to complete that is not currently scheduled for today. This allows you to complete a workout you may have missed or complete a future workout. Once it downloads, just press START and you are good to go!
The Calendar area also allows you to drop workouts (that you missed). Remember when you drop a workout it is considered complete and you cannot retrieve it.
You can also move workouts within your online account. Log into your account (my.pearsports.com), then click on "Calendar". From there you can drag and drop your workouts to days that will work better with your life schedule.
