For the most accurate heart rate zone training experience, complete the Calibration Workout to customize your zones to your personal fitness level.
To complete the Calibration (Set Heart Rate Zones) Workout:
1. Make sure you have connected a compatible heart monitor and are prepared to run/walk for 15 minutes.

2. From the home screen, tap My Workouts. You will see the Calibration Workout (or "Set Heart Rate Zones") listed at the top of the workouts list.
Select to begin the workout. You should be ready to run continuously, either outside or on a treadmill.
3. After you've completed the workout, you can check your calibration settings by tapping the Menu ☰ > Settings > Heart Rate Zones. Your 5 zones and your Lactate Threshold will be listed with the "Latest Calibration" selection.
Note: If you already know your Lactate Threshold, you can enter it manually by selecting the "Custom Value" option and entering it in the field. This will automatically set your 5 zones.
