Can I Track My Own Workouts?

You can select the Tracking Only option on the My Workouts screen to track a workout in your own format and without coach prompts. The app will record your time, distance, speed, heart rate, and calories burned.
Note: You must have Location Services turned on to track distance and speed, and you must have a heart monitor connected for a calorie estimate.
