Can I Track My Own Workouts?

Using the Tracking Only option, you can track your time, distance, speed, heart rate and calories burned, without doing a coached workout. Find this option on the My Workouts screen. You must have Location Services turned on to track distance and speed and you must have a heart monitor connected for a calorie estimate.
