The PEAR workout library includes hundreds of coached workouts and training plans. We offer a few different pathways to help you find what you're looking for.
Tap the search icon on the home screen to open the workout search. Choose activity, length, level and workouts/training plans, or enter a keyword.
Access the Recommendations screen from the homepage. These workouts are curated based on your goals, workout preferences, fitness level and stats. To adjust your recommendations, update your profile with goals, activities and biometric data.
The Featured section highlights workouts specific to events (e.g. Ragnar), groups (e.g. Lindora), equipment (e.g. TRX Suspension Trainer workouts) and coaches. Tap to select a channel and discover these featured workouts.
Note: If you do not have a PEAR+ membership, access to coached workouts will be limited to 3-5 dynamically-selected workouts each month.
