PEAR uses the 80/20 Rule to track your Intensity Balance. That means that on a weekly basis, 80% of the athlete's cardio training should be a low intensity (PEAR Zones 1 and 2) and 20% at a higher intensity (PEAR Zones 3 to 5). PEAR collects this data through your heart rate monitor and recommends workouts to keep you in the optimal zones based on your goals.
To Find Your Intensity Balance
Tap the main menu ☰ and select your profile picture to see your current Intensity Balance ratio. You can also see this information on the home screen.
