Do you run a lot of the single workouts and you want to create your own training plan, or do you want to rearrange a training plan to different days of the week? The online portal makes all of this possible.
To schedule a new workout:
Log into the portal at my.pearsports.com. Then click on the Calendar link found along the top. Click on the day you are looking to pre-schedule this workout. You will then see three icons along the bottom of that day. Click on the first icon with the "+" sign. This will allow you to schedule a workout on that day. Once you click on the "+" sign you will get a new screen that has all the single workouts that you have downloaded from the plan store. Click on the workout that you would like to have scheduled for that specific day.
Your new scheduled workout will appear on both the calendar and the PEAR app. Simply tap My Workouts and then you will see the workout load under the Today's workout section on the scheduled day. You may need to give it a few minutes to transfer the information.
To reschedule a workout:
If you would like to reschedule workouts that are already on your calendar (such as those that are part of a training plan), you can do so by using the drag-and-drop feature. Simply click to select a workout and drag it to a new day. This feature allows you the freedom to rearrange your training plan to fit with your own personal schedule.
