The reschedule feature should be utilized when you have missed an entire week or more of a plan and allows you to make changes to the plan so you can complete all of the missed workouts. If you are racing on a specific date, we do not recommend that you retrieve the missed workouts. It is best to just get back into the plan where you should be. This way the plan ends at the proper time for your race. If you are not training for anything, then feel free to reschedule the plan.
Steps to rescheduling a plan:
1. From the My Workouts screen, select the Training Plans tab.
2. Find the training plan and tap 'Edit.'
3. Find the option to "Shift schedule by 0 week(s)" and use the - and + buttons to shift the schedule by weeks. You can shift the plan forward or backward up to eight weeks.
4. Once you have reached your desired finish date, press the blue "Reschedule Plan" button on the bottom of the screen.
If you miss only a workout or two we suggest that you use the calendar icon to complete those workouts.
